A Chartered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and completing her MBA with specialisation in Human Resouces Management in December, equipping her with advanced competencies in strategic HR management and executive leadership. Her strengths lie in support for start-ups in simplifying complex concepts into practical to ensure smooth operations and workflow, impactful in developing training materials, designing performance measurement systems, and fostering professional growth within organizations.
