Started his career with a one-year industrial training with Sterling Health Plc (Now Glaxo Smithline Plc). After graduating in 1998, he did his NYSC with the Akwa–Ibom State Ministry of Finance (Accountant–General office). He thereafter secured a job with an Audit, Tax & Consulting Firm – Ola, Ifemade & Co acquired perquisite experience as Auditor, Accountant and Consultant before joining Gateway bank in 2002 which later consolidated with Intercontinental Bank in October 2005 until he resigned in November 2011 into full time practice as an Auditor, Tax, Financial & Management Consultant.

- He is a Fellow of The Institute Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
- Currently, he is a director of Uplift Trust and Investment Limited; a stock broking and financial consultancy organization, Managing Partner of Ojugbele Kazeem & Company (Chartered Accountants); an Audit, Tax and Consultancy firm and also an Associate Partner of Kazeem Ojugbele & Associates; a Financial and Management Consultancy firm.
- On professional development, he is currently the Vice Chairman of the Ikeja and District Society of ICAN
