Mr Gbenga Adewole

Gbenga is an experienced accounting and business process automation consultant helping organizations streamline their financial operations and achieve better compliance. With a background in accounting services and hands-on expertise in leading accounting software such as Quick-books and Peach-tree, he assists businesses in setting up, managing, and optimizing their accounting systems for accurate reporting and decision-making. He is vastly experienced in audit, taxation and other financial consultancy services. He has undertaken assignments in business planning, business valuation and investigative audit in some public limited liability companies. He led a team of consultants to conduct due diligence of Thomas Piron and Grands company in Rwanda (a leading civil engineering company in Rwanda). He has carried out reviews of the JP Morgan cash call account, NNPC/CBN cash call account and NNPC joint venture cash calls with operating companies from 1997 to 2009. He led a team of consultants to carryout commercial audit of NNPC equity gas sales accruing to Federation Account. As a tax expert, he represents companies at tax audit exercises conducted by both federal and states revenue agencies.
